  • Identifying products on the floor that are designer/coveted/rare/in-style and re-price the product to ensure that the vendor receives the proper price for their piece. 

  • Using over fifty combined years of thrifting and vintage experience, our staff continuously track and anticipate fashion trends and apply this information to The Op Shop’s merchandising, pricing, and online presence.

  • Maintaining customer trust in The Op Shop’s physical space, online spaces, and products.

  • Monthly E-newsletters to our list of 2,000 customers and vendors to share upcoming sales, events, and trends.

  • Maintaining The Op Shop’s reach of over 8,000+ followers on Instagram, which includes direct customer interaction via direct messages and comments.

  • Running online campaigns for advertising on social media.

  • Uplifting individual vendor pages to help the entirety of The Op Shop community build its reach.

  • Relationships with local colleges to advertise The Op Shop and its vendors.
